RAINCHECK: If you placed a raincheck order, your package should be shipped by Monday, June 25, 2018.  Keep your eyes on your email for your tracking number.

DIDN’T GET IT? If you missed the sale, don’t worry, we’ll have another coming your way. We’ll give you advance notice so you won’t miss out this time.

ORDER EARLY: Sassy Dolls like to change up their looks frequently so if you see a length or style you like, GET IT EARLY. You don’t want your favorite look to be sold out before you can get it. We strongly encourage you to place your order at least 10 days prior to your appointment. Don’t wait til the last minute. FedEx overnight shipping charges are sky-rocketing and proper planning will ensure that you have your hair in hand well before you need it.

BUDGET A LITTLE TIGHT? Don’t forget that signing up for a PayPal Credit account gives you 6 months, interest-free to pay off your order.  Learn more about it at PayPal.com (Sassy Mitchell is not affiliated with PayPal and cannot extend credit or offer credit advice).

BUNDLE DEAL: Don’t forget that if you add any combo of 3+ bundles/closures/frontals to your cart, you’ll automatically receive 15% off your order!

RAINCHECK VS LAYAWAY:

Raincheck means the item you want is out of stock but you’ll pre-pay your total today. As soon as the items are back in stock, we’ll ship them to you. You CAN use discounts, promotions, or sales with our Raincheck offer.

Layaway means you’ll pay 50% of your total today and then you’ll have 60 days to pay the remaining balance. Once you’ve made all the payments, your order will be shipped to you.  You CANNOT use discounts, promotions, or sales with our Layaway program.

SUMMER TIPS: If you’re heading to the pool or beach this summer, be sure to care for your Sassy hair the same way you’d care for your real hair:

• Be sure to thoroughly rinse any chlorine or salt water out of your hair as soon as you can;
• Detangle and braid your hair if you’re going to be active;
• Wear a cute beach hat for protection;
• Minimize the use of high heat;
• Use a leave-in conditioner if you’ll be outside for long periods;
• MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE. The sun and harsh water can damage your hair as much as chemicals and flat irons.  Be sure to moisturize and protect your hair during these hot days.
